IS THERE A FREE TRIAL?
We offer every client a 30 day opt-out period. Our world-class support team will invest a lot of time and resources to help you plan for a successful launch. However, if you still decide that the tool just isn’t for you, then you can cancel the agreement during the first 30 days and we’ll return any unused portion of your payment.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR LEAD LISTS COST?
We sell lead lists in blocks of “credits” and then you can use these credits to purchase fresh lists whenever you need. The price per lead depends on the number of credits you purchase, and the price can be as low as 40 cents per contact for data that averages 95% accuracy. You’ll find that our first-class lists are generally less than half the cost of other data providers. Our goal is to make it affordable to find leads that you can feed into BuzzBuilder.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO NON-PROFITS?
Absolutely! We appreciate the services you provide to and know that budgets for non-profits are never big enough. We offer deep discounts on a BuzzBuilder license for any 501(c), as well as discounted prices on our lead lists. We’d love to help you run fund-raising campaigns and secure more donations!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET STARTED?
Once you sign up, we’ll work with you to help create your messaging, lead lists, and process for using a tool like BuzzBuilder. Most of our clients are up and running within 1-2 weeks, but it can depend on your business. If you’re a start-up and still haven’t figured our your value proposition, then it could take a bit more time to create your messaging. If you’re launching a new product and need us to help you figure out your sales process for it, then this could also delay your launch. Rest assured that we’ve “seen it all” and can help you generate new sales leads as soon as possible.
